Recent Events
We
covered the catering at the Vitruvian Triathlon on Rutland Water
which had its particular demands. For a start the athletes require
high carb' foods before competing for energy, secondly they
sleptover and assembled at about 5am and we had to offer both
in-training diet foods for the athletes and early breakfasts for their
supporters from a very misty shoreline before sunrise.
